PHASE 4: FINDINGS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
The product of this analysis is the Enterprise Assessment Report, which is presented in a format that both technical and non-technical people can digest and act upon. The report provides you with:

PHASE 5: REVIEW
Once the IT and business decision makers have reviewed the Enterprise Assessment Report, we will meet to

The City of Duluth contracted Mimsware to conduct a citywide Enterprise Assessment.
Mimsware started immediately by conducting on-site interviews with each
department within the city to understand our processes. I cannot say
enough about the knowledge and professionalism of Mimsware. They spoke to staff
members on a level that they could understand and really worked to make the
staff know they were important to the process. Throughout the project,
