Dave Mims
Founder & President
|
Dave Mims is Founder and President of Mimsware Corporation. Dave wears many hats including working with clients to solve their business technology needs, working with all of Mimsware's teams, and running the day-to-day operations of the company. Prior to founding Mimsware, Dave held software development positions with IBM and Intertech Information Management, Inc. He is a Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer, Microsoft Certified Database Administrator, and a Microsoft Certified Application Developer, and has over 18 years of professional IT experience.
Dave holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Southern College of Technology (now Southern Polytechnic State University). In his free time, Dave enjoys time with his family and playing tennis. Dave lives in Woodstock, GA with his wife and three children.

Jeramie Mercker joined Mimsware in 2004 and now serves as Director of Technology. Fascinated by technology as a kid, Jeramie started programming in elementary school and now has over 13 years of professional IT experience. Starting work as a programmer in the US Army, he then went on corporate IT and eventually, professional consulting.
Jeramie is an honor graduate of the US Army Computer Science School,
holds a BS in CIS from DeVry University and has attained the MCSD (.NET
Early Achiever), Charter Member MCAD, and MCDBA certifications. He lives in Lawrenceville with his wife and two children and enjoys spending time with them and playing video games.

Sue Mims
Director of Finance &
Human Resources

Sue Mims joined Mimsware in 2007
and serves as Director of Finance and Human Resources. Before joining the team,
Sue worked at Majth Management, LLC for 32 years as Corporate Secretary to the
President. She also served on the Board of Directors and as Manager of Majth’s portfolio of 8 subsidiary businesses.
Sue holds a certificate from
Albany Tech in Office Management. She lives in Canton, GA with her
husband and enjoys reading, horses and, most of all, spending time with her two
sons and their wives, two grandsons, and two granddaughters.

Tim Verras joined Mimsware in 2007 as Director of Marketing, Communications and
Usability. Tim has spent ten years in the IT sector,
specializing in usability, instructional design, and training and is an experienced writer in the Marketing and Public Relations fields. A Detroit native, he has
consulted for clients including Chrysler, Mazda, Toyota, Kia and Blabbermash.com and worked with agencies such as BBDO and ES3. Tim currently serves on the TAG - Young Professionals Society Leadership Council and is the Education Coordinator for the BNI-Intown Chapter.
Tim holds a B.A. in Philosophy from Bennington College and is a graduate of the Second City improv and sketch comedy programs. He lives in Atlanta and enjoys gaming, soccer, martial arts and performing comedy.

Kevin Howarth
Director of Business Development
|
Kevin Howarth joined Mimsware in 2008 as Director of Business Development. He has spent five years in the IT industry in a variety of roles, including Editor of TechLINKS – a publication that focuses primarily on the Georgia technology industry. In addition to producing content and managing the print publication process, Kevin also nurtured a specialized community of over 200 Georgia-based CIOs and IT executives to engage in various media, event and peer-to-peer networking opportunities. Kevin also founded the Atlanta Media Bloggers Group, a community of local thinkers and experts who helped put Atlanta on the national social media map, and he has appeared as a social media expert on numerous panel discussions.
Kevin holds a B.A. in English (minor in Mathematics) and an M.A. in American Literature from Kent State University. In addition, Kevin also received a certificate from the Georgia Institute of Technology for completing its Management Development Program, and he has received a peer-awarded Highest Award for Achievement from the Dale Carnegie Center of Georgia. He lives in Atlanta and enjoys working on fiction, reading, and exploring rock music history.

Todd
Snoddy
Software Development Practice Manager
Todd Snoddy came to Mimsware in 2003 and became the Software
Development Practice Manager in 2007. He has nearly 20 years of application
development
experience in a variety of
industries including military, financial services, telecommunications,
manufacturing and professional services. He also has experience
managing and
leading software teams through the entire development process. Todd is
a
Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer and has several certifications
in
Microsoft .NET technologies.
In
his free time, Todd enjoys reading, playing pool, and spending time with his
family. He lives in Cumming with his wife and two kids.

Vladimir
Maysuradze
Database Practice Manager
Vladimir
Maysuradze joined Mimsware in 2005 and became the Database Practice Manager in 2007. Vlad has been
programming since his high school days in Russia and after working in Europe,
he moved to the United States 13 years ago. He has since developed software for
InterTech and ChartOne primarily focusing on data access and database
administration.
Vlad holds a BS in Electronics from the North Caucasus Institute of Mining and Metallurgy in Vladikavkaz, Russia. He
lives in Alpharetta with his wife and 10-year old son and enjoys reading and
playing chess, badminton, and soccer.

Clint Nelms
Network Infrastructure Practice Manager
Clint Nelms joined Mimsware in 2008 as the Network
Infrastructure Practice Manager. Clint has 10 years of experience in delivering
technology consulting to metro Atlanta businesses in the accounting, real
estate, and health care industries. Before coming to Mimsware, Clint ran
two local technology consulting companies, taught the Microsoft Certification
track at Gwinnett Technical College and joined the Microsoft Small Business
Partners Group, where he is still an active participant. He has also spoken to
industry specific audiences on information security and technology compliance
process and has been published in the National Public Accountant journal.
Clint holds a B.A. in Advanced Rhetoric and Composition with
a focus on web based publishing from Georgia State University, and has obtained
MCSE and Comptia Network Plus certifications. He lives in Atlanta with
his fiancé and enjoys hiking and cycling.

Allen Koronkowski
Project Management Practice Manager
Allen Koronkowski joined Mimsware in 2008 as the Project
Management Practice Manager. With over 12 years of experience in the Technology
sector, Allen has worked as Project Manager, Product Manager and Senior
Consultant at firms such as McKesson, ChartOne, eWebHealth and Indus
International (now called Ventyx).
Allen holds an MBA from Southern Illinois
University-Edwardsville and a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry from the
University of Illinois. He also served in the US Navy as an Officer in
the Submarine Force. He is an avid distance runner and resides with his
family in Marietta, GA.
